All services and products, and information available on the www.knittingdoodles.com (‘Company,’ ‘We,’ ‘Our,’ ‘Us’) embody an ‘invitation for an offer’. The order you (the user) place for purchase is your ‘offer’ that is subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the Company. Knitting Doodles has the right to reject as much as to accept your offer without quoting any reason.

When you (the user) use our website, you have accepted the all the Terms and Conditions addressed below. The Company reserves the right to add, alter/modify or delete these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are therefore advised to read all Terms and Conditions carefully every time you use our website www.knittingdoodles.com.

1. Colour Discrepancy

We take all efforts to display the colour of all our products as accurately possible on the website. However, as the colours you see will completely depend on your device, and thus there is no guarantee from us that the display of colour will be accurate.

2. Exchange and Refund Terms

We hope you had a wonderful shopping experience with us. Refund is only possible if the item is a defected one. The item you wish to return must be mailed back to our address in 7 days of receipt and should be received by us in a sellable condition. Exchange of size is possible in 7 days. For exchange the customer needs to ship the product to Our shipping address. Please contact us before you return the piece so we can be prepared.

3. Children under 18 Years

Under Indian Contract Act, 1872, children under 18 years of age including minors and un-discharged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to perform financial transactions on the website. If you are under the age of 18 years, transactions may be made by your parents or legal guardians on www.knittingdoodles.com.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order placed by you, please call or mail us as soon as possible. Orders thereby cancelled will receive their refund back to their mode of payment.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of a Force Majeure, all circumstances that is not in acceptable control of the Company affected are (a) circumstances caused to be, or cannot be avoided, removed or prevented by us, despite observance of Good-Utility Practice and exercising due diligence (b) and such circumstances that adversely and materially affect the Company’s ability to fulfil its obligations under this Policy, following all due care, reasonable precautions and reasonable alternative procedures taken by the Company to avoid the effect of such events and to assuage the consequences there of.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Knitting Doodles be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential, special, damages or other damages that result from:

(a) Actual use or the inability to use the Products or Services

(b) Alterations to the user information, transmissions and data through unauthorised access

(d) All matters relating to the services without limitation; including data or damages for loss of use, or performance of the service. Knitting Doodles shall not be held responsible for unplanned access suspension and non-availability of the website during regular maintenance. They will be solely responsible for damage to devices or data loss that occurs following the download of such data or material. Knitting Doodles shall bear no liability for disagreements or disputes between users.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified, all materials on www.knittingdoodles.com are solely presented for the purpose of sale only in India. The Company falls under the jurisdiction to Mumbai court. Anyone who chooses to access the Company’s website from other countries/locations other than India, do so on their own initiative and the Company is not liable for product supply or refund for the orders from countries/locations outside India in compliance with local laws

You shall indemnify and hold the harmless Knitting Doodles, its owner, affiliates, licensee, group companies (if applicable), subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from any demand or claim, third-party or liability including actions including reasonable attorneys' fees imposed due to or arising out of your breach of our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
